Adult Stem Cells Can Be Reset and Regenerated By Fasting To Heal Your Pancreas

What IF waking up your adult stem cells could help heal your pancreas damage from acute and/or chronic pancreatitis?

Instead of paying thousands of dollars for stem cell injections what if you could reset and regenerate your adult stems cells simply by fasting?

Long story short: One of the reasons I may be better off, more healed than others I personally visit with, is likely due to my early years of fasting for days. Sometimes as much as two weeks simply because I was sicker than a dog and food was the last thing I wanted

It takes total fasting (NO food or drink except for: water, coffee and tea, especially beneficial ... green tea) for at least 24 hrs. This is important because intermittant fasting may work to lose weight but it doesn't wake up, reset or regenerate adult stem cells.

How Long Should I Fast?

Some studies suggest that prolonged fasting can trigger stem cell regeneration in the immune system. Intermittant fasting does NOT regenerate adult stem cells because 16 hrs of total fasting isn't long enough. Total nutrition must be "shut off" for at least 8 more hours to have any benefit. Therefore ...
Minimum time for regeneration to begin is 24 hrs of total fasting with 3 days (72 hrs) and up to 7 days being optimal. Reset of stem cells occurs at the 72+ hour mark.
Remember this fasting allows ONLY water, plain black coffee and tea, with green tea being very effective at helping reset and regeneration to take place.

Supplements May Enhance Adult Stem Cell Regeneration

There are supplements that can vastly increase your success according to scholar articles I've used for research on this subject.

The above specific supplements seem to inhibit T-cell in the body, the white blood cells that cause some autoimmune disorders. An impressive study done by Colorado based stem cell lab, Vitro Biopharma, Inc, proved the effectiveness of the above supplements on stem cell activation. A quantified response of over 25 times that of stem cells not receiving the compounds.

I did NOT have this information when I did most of my fasting but I was drinking water, coffee, green tea and taking grape seed extract, curcumin and vitamin C which may have helped.

Things To Know Before You Fast

IF you have heart or kidney or diabetes issues ask your doctor/cardiologist if it's safe for you to fast. It may be prudent to ask him/her anyway even if you seem to have no other underlying issues.
Before fasting eat as much high potassium foods as possible such as canned spinach, canned salmon, russet potatoes with skins, red yams so that you hopefully keep blood potassium levels safe. do this especially before a 72 hour fast (3 complete 24 hr days and nights).
Monitor your vitals BP & HR. Both will increase if you lose too much potassium and/or magnesium. Losing too much potassium can be dangerous but don't use that for an excuse to NOT fast. Just keep your eyes on your BP and Heart Rate. Yes, I know Jesus fasted 40 days and 40 nights in the wilderness but remember this: Jesus is God.
Again, ask your physician if it's safe for you to do a total fast for 3 days (72 hours) which seems to be the optimum time needed to "reset" the adult stem cells. AND ...
Remember anything you try or do is done AT YOUR OWN RISK.
The info contained herein regarding adult stem cell reset and regeneration may be why the medical community has started feeding their acute pancreatitis patients almost immediately. I think feeding a patient with an inflamed, swollen pancreas that looks like a ball park fron on the bar b q is nothing less than criminal because ...

IF it were a good idea patients woud NOT get recurrent AP right after or puke up their meals like I've seen in various comments on another site I had or in my support group.
The reset and regeneration of adult stem cells could ruin the stem cell transplant revenue along with other revenues due to the healing of chronic diseases. Not saying this is what will happen. Heck, I'm just a guy who reads too much but ...
WHAT IF?

Here are some pages you should probably visit:

What Caused My Acute Pancreatitis

This page is extremely important because most doctors only know two causes: gallstones and alcohol. IF they can't pin it down to those two causes then you'll get the "idiopathic" pancreatitis diagnosis which means they don't know the cause and are too lazy to look. It's highly important to actually know the cause so that cause can be addressed, cured if possible or at least hopefully taken out of the picture limiting the chances for more attacks of acute pancreatitis.

Pancreas Healing: 5 Steps to Pancreas Healing After Acute Pancreatitis

The steps you take to heal your pancreas can mean the difference between total healing if you had a mild case or continued attacks that could damage your pancreas enough to where you are a "chronic pancreatitis" sufferer.

Chronic Pancreatitis Diet: A Food Diary Is Necessary

This is an important step especially if you have already been diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis or you've been damaged enough to highly suspect you'll have problems down the road. Large amounts of damage or recurrent acute pancreatitis (you keep having acute attacks because nobody has found the actual cause) which will cause damage during each attack make this step necessary. The cool thing about doing your own diary is that you'll create your own personal pancreatitis diet.

Pancreatitis Diet - Diet For Chronic Pancreatitis

A proper pancreatitis diet is extremely important and necessary if you want to be well. If you continue eating a normal American/Western diet you're going to be sick. It's just that simple.

At this point I just want to say thank you for visiting my site. If you like what you see share it on your social media platforms and in your support groups so that maybe someone may be helped.

Would you like to know how to stop and acute pancreatitis attack? You do it by resolving the inflammation and that takes highly anti-inflammatory drugs and supplements.

These are the highly anti-inflammatory supplements that I used to heal my pancreas and then continue to stay well. In combination with a proper diet you'll likely become a brand new person.
